Hi, I am Deeksha - Founder of Uplife. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. I am passionate about both prevention and cure because both are essential for promoting mental health and well-being, and help individuals live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Uplife team's goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work with clients to develop an individualised treatment plan that meets their unique needs & goals.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. Our work is based on intersection of integrating psychological theories and techniques with spiritual practices and beliefs to promote greater well-being and personal growth.
We believe that the merge of psychology and spirituality can offer a holistic approach to promoting mental health and well-being, and can help individuals tap into their own inner resources and strengths.
