All courses offered by Advanced Rescue Solutions meet or exceed national standards such as NFPA 1670 and NFPA 1006, and OSHA. We train students to meet the challenges of the real world by using challenging scenarios that push the students to excel.
The aim of this module is to enable the participant to support and care for themselves and others while working with slinger signalling in the wind industry by possessing the required knowledge, skills, and ability to conduct assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
The 8-hour Rigging and Material Handling course trains employees on the hazards and procedures of performing rigging operations for material handling. Several OSHA and ANSI documents are used in this class.
This course is designed for individuals interested in training qualified riggers. The course places special emphasis on ANSI/ASSP Z490.1 which provides guidance on how to manage overall safety training programs.
The goal of this program is to introduce the tools and practices necessary for lifting and rigging loads on various job sites in the construction industry. Procedures, safety practices, and appropriate roles and responsibilities for workers will be explored.
This course is a brief overview on how to properly identify a damaged rigging equipment. Participants will also look over a variety of definitions related to rigging.
