What will I learn on the Lightroom Courses for Photographers?

Our four week Lightroom photography course will give you hands on experience using the programme, enhancing both your creative and organisational skills.Over the full course we’ll cover the following subjects:

• Introduction to the Lightroom interface

• ‘Library’ module: importing, keywords, metadata, tagging

• ‘Develop’ module: exposure, tonal, colour, composition adjustments

• Exporting your images

• File formats

• Image resolution and sizes

• Preparing images for posting online and/or print

• This course is classroom based, you will be using the latest version of Lightroom CC.

Lightroom can help you make small adjustments to exposure, contrast and image noise or allow you to create tonal and colour changes to create your individual style.

Throughout Lightroom Courses for Photographers, you will learn the fundamental principles of editing and gain knowledge on an effective digital workflow: importing, exporting, keywords, tagging and rating your images.

You will be guided through each module of Adobe Lightroom, giving you a solid foundation of the software as well as a deeper knowledge of digital imaging: RAW vs JPEG files, image resolution and sizes.
