  • Work area inspection.
  • Collecting historical production information.
  • Collecting historical maintenance information.
• Communicate maintenance requirements.
  • Job card completion.
  • Obtaining a work permit.
  • Pre-warning of the maintenance area.
  • Obtaining feedback in planned maintenance work.
  • Making requests for special equipment or requirements.
• Preparing equipment for maintenance.
  • Mechanical isolation of equipment.
  • Making equipment safe in line with workplace procedures.
  • Electrical isolation of equipment.
  • Making work areas safe.
  • Restriction of access.
• Perform post maintenance tasks.
  • Performing post maintenance area inspection.
  • Ensuring the work permit is signed-off.
  • Preparing equipment for operation.
  • Completing the shutdown record.
