Many of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) regulations explicitly require the employer to train employees in the safety and health aspects of their jobs.
Other OSHA standards make it the employer’s responsibility to limit certain job assignments to employees who are certified,competent, or qualified meaning that they have had special previous training, in or out of the workplace.

Our platform also utilizes OSHA/ HAZWOPER in accordance with the Federal OSHA HAZWOPER training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(3)(i) for general industry and 29 CFR 1926.65(e)(3)(i) for construction.

The WIT Industrial Safety Training Program will use NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) standardized industrial training curriculum and assessments with stackable and portable credentials.
