This course will outline who is responsible for the LOCKOUT Program, provide responsibilities for Management, Supervisors and Employees, verification of system through visual and testing methods and maintenance or service activity.

Forklift training is 16 hours in duration and begins with a classroom theory component that is followed by a written exam.
