Through an injury investigation workshop, participants will research applicable regulations that, if followed, may have prevented the injury. To reinforce this newly acquired awareness, a practical lockout/tagout and troubleshooting exercise will be conducted on a demonstrator.

Interpretation of the construction and industrial regulations governing lockout/tagout

Compulsory for supervisors and workers who enter or work in confined spaces. This course covers regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, atmospheric monitoring, rescue procedures CSA Standards and due diligence.
The course is designed for anyone who may be required to use respiratory protective equipment. The training has been designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively use this equipment.
In Saskatchewan, we classify confined spaces into two categories, hazardous and non-hazardous
EHS Zone provides a variety of Occupational Health and Safety courses for workers and supervisors. The training sessions are held at our location in Vaughan, ON and also in different training centers around the GTA. We also offer customized training sessions at customer sites.
This one-day course includes Confined Space Entry and is designed for workers who are required to be on standby for rescue purposes. If you have someone entering a confined space, you must have people monitoring and on standby in the event that a rescue is required.
