Adelaide Safety Training provides a variety of training options in South Australia. We are experts in Work Health and Safety (WHS) also referred to as Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S). Manual handling injuries are one of the biggest risks and costs to business. Our training course provides participants with basic knowledge of manual handling regulations & guidelines and shows them the risks associated with manual handling.
Our nationally recognised Breathing Apparatus Training courses are designed for employees who may be required to utilise Breathing Apparatus Equipment. Participants will wear Breathing Apparatus and be taught operating procedures.
The Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) course covers the performance of rescue procedures from live Low Voltage (LV) apparatus, not including overhead lines and underground cables in the workplace.
 This course provides training in the safe operation of a boom-type elevating work platform (boom length 11 metres or more), involving the operation of a telescoping, hinged or articulated device to support a platform to elevate workers, equipment and materials.
The unit consists of a theoretical assessment to be completed, practical observations witnessed by a qualified assessor, followed by the completion of job safety management documentation relating to the practical skills performed.
