  • Class Description: Berries and Bannock 
  • In this class, you will learn how to make a traditional quick bread called bannock, topped with rose hip butter, and served with Saskatoon berries and wild mint. After we cook, we’ll enjoy our bannock together with a cup of hot Labrador tea and talk about the history and foods of the Métis people, who are descendants of European fur traders and First Nations women.
