This is a progressive course with a thematic approach towards the learning of Hip Hop. No dance routines will be taught for introductory classes in order to focus on the foundations. Students will master the technical skills of Hip Hop and learn to build strength, stamina and flexibility.
Our Hip Hop classes contains a logical teaching progression of the foundations of Hip Hop which enables the students to develop core techniques.
Hip Hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. Hip Hop teaches you how to groove and move to just any music.
