History

A journey of Two decades for JECRC, having more than 4000 students on campus under 6 Engineering programme at Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre (JECRC) and 155+ Programs at UG, PG and Doctoral level (@ JECRC University) has earned laurels for their students, faculty members and the institute in many ways.

More than 22,000+ alumni spread over the globe have climbed the ladder to leadership positions and have provided mentorship to their juniors by ways of skill development, incubation, startup, research and angel funding. Around 15,000+ students are currently pursuing their degrees at both the campuses and are being groomed for a bright future.

Faith by government agencies for providing grants of more than Rs. 3.1 Cr. to support Startups PAN India for setting up centers of excellence, state of art facilities for startup & incubation and providing a platform to the students to develop their technical and managerial skills that helps students to get placements in reputed organizations.

Contribution towards International publications, technical activities, and co-curricular activities by faculty members, students and delivery of Outcome Based Education is recognized by NBA, AICTE and NAAC.

Socially rich atmosphere at the campus enables fourfold grooming of students that is required at National and International levels and enables students to work as interns with recognized personalities in their field of expertise.

JECRC has become synonymous with placements and JECRCians have made their presence felt at every reputed company/government organization

Establishment

JECRC University has been established vide The JECRC University, Jaipur Act, 2012 (Act No.15 of 2012) published in the Gazette of Rajasthan Dated May 2, 2012. The University started its operations and admitted students in various courses w.e.f. the Academic Session 2012-13.
