Description

Does this sound familiar?

  • There's never enough time to do everything!

  • You have a “to-do list” a mile long that you can’t get on top of

  • You make promises to yourself and others that you're not able to keep

  • You feel overwhelmed, stressed and stuck in a vicious cycle

  • You feel as though your business or work is running you

In this course you’ll learn proven, practical and simple tips to manage your time so that you can get ahead and even have time to spare for the things that matter most to you.

By the end of the course you’ll:

  • Understand how the hours just vanish

  • Get ahead on your to-do list while still having a life

  • Have more time to do the things that matter most to you without feeling selfish

  • Say no to the things that cause you stress so that you can feel more relaxed

  • Make decisions without decision-paralysis

You’ll learn from Professional Performance and Productivity coach Josie Askin, our resident time-management magician. While we all have the same number of hours in the day, how we use those hours is up to us.

Note:

Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.

Time Management

Time management training most often begins with setting goals. These goals are recorded and may be broken down into a project, an action plan, or a simple task list. Activities are then rated based on urgency and importance, priorities assigned, and deadlines set.
