Supervisors, Assessors or Managers who are involved in planning / assessment or management of work activities in construction and other industries.
Course Objectives
Understand the legal obligations of duty holders, including project managers of worksite under the new WSH framework.
Form the WSH Committee and implement its functions.Plan and implement safety programme, system and safe work procedure for construction activities in accordance with WSH (Construction)
Regulations.Plan and implement an occupational health programme and risk assessment in accordance with general principals and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines.
Plan and implement risk management for all construction activities in accordance with general principals and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines
Establish the procedures for accident reporting, accident prevention in accordance with general principals and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines.
Establish and implement Safety and Health Management System in worksite in accordance with general principals and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines
Plan and participate in safety and health audit and review in worksite in accordance with general principals and requirements of related WSH Regulations and Guidelines.
Pre-Requisites / Assume Skills and Knowledge
The Learner should have at least WSQ ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 6 and above or equivalent and the knowledge of the construction industry activities.
Learners must be holding the position of Chairman of Safety Committee, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendent or equivalent post to be eligible to attend this course.

We have in total amongst ourselves been in the business for the last 35 plus years, having held portfolios of supervisory and managerial positions of several companies in charge of their workforce safety well-being and training requirements.
The company was incorporated sometime in 2013. It is setup for the sole purpose to provide accredited safety training to industries under the Ministry Of Manpower, Occupational Safety Department certification scheme and SSG WSG Agency WSQ frameworks.
The organization’s experience in training rests on the experience of the persons behind the company and the pool of qualified trainers/facilitators from the industry.
Although the company is newly incorporated, the main partner, Mr. Rosli Bin Pitchay, Mr Md Nasser Bin Hamdan and Mr. S. Govindaraju is involved in running the company. They have vast experience in engineering, construction and manufacturing industries.
They have in total amongst themseves been in the business for the last 30 plus years, having held a portfolios of supervisory and managerial positions of several companies in charge their workforce safety well-being and training requirements.
With the setting up of the company, we have with us qualified, approved accredited trainers/facilitators with relevant industries experience who will be running the daily activities in the training centre.
All our trainers/facilitators in the centre are fully competent and qualified for the delivery of courses. They are existing approved accredited trainers/facilitators by MOM, LSP and SSG to conduct the safety courses. They are well versed in delivering and developing safety-training courses for industries.
They have been trained and worked as safety supervisors, safety coordinators, WSHO, ECO, lifting supervisors and other related safety courses and have extensive practical industrial experience.
It is our centre commitment to develop and deliver programs to further their skills and knowledge in their field to assist our clients in their training needs.

MOM work permit-linked safety orientation courses for the relevant industries have been transited to the WSQ System. These mandated safety courses will equip the workers and supervisors with the essential competencies to work safely in the Process and related industries.
This unit equips learners with knowledge and skills in managing the worksite’s safety and health management system and ensuring safety and health measures are put in place in construction activities.
WSQ “Apply Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites” is a mandatory WSH training course for all workers working in the construction. Construction workers are required to go through the course before they start work.
The Workplace Safety and Health (Factories, Safety Training Courses order – clause 2 (6)) stipulates “Any worker employed in manual labour to carry out construction work in building and engineering construction worksites must undergo a safety and health training course.
CSCPM course is a mandatory training course for individuals who are appointed as a Project Manager to be in charge of all construction activities in building and engineering construction work sites of a contract sum of $10 million or more.
