What is Coaching For Effective Leaders Programme?

  • Our Coaching Programme for Effective Leaders is a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Certificate. It’s crucial education for practising managers and individuals aspiring to a more senior role.

  • With most of our clients, we find a coaching culture is the missing piece to Continuous Improvement (CI). Many professionals think they’re already good coaches, but they are skills that your team must learn and master.

  • A coaching culture enables every person to feel visible, know their worth, and understand their efforts are recognised. Within a very short period, you’ll see a positive shift in behaviour and engagement, reduced conflicts, and more collaboration to solve problems and drive improvements.

How is the course structured?

  • The course is delivered over three days; during the course, you will participate in several practical coaching simulations and tasks, mixing theory and practical application. 

  • Certification is achieved upon completing an assessment on day three. The work produced on the course will be submitted to the Chartered Management Institute for approval and certification.
