Course Description
In this course students examine theories of organizational development and culture, review how organizations evolve and respond to change.
Students will apply theories of individual motivation, group dynamics and styles of leadership within the context of the departmental structure and inter-departmental relations.
Case studies and role-playing are used to develop skills in decision-making, communication, team building, conflict resolution and managing change in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural work settings. Methodology: Lecture, discussion, case studies, role playing.
