Introduces the financial markets and corporate finance and explains the jargon, the key players and investment decisions, so you understand how the City works and the context in which it operates.
This course includes Accounts, Basics of Audit (Statutory Audit & Internal Audit), Basics of Income Tax, and Basics of Goods & Service Tax. The course is designed in such a way that every topic is taught from scratch. The course has dual learnings of concepts & practical works.
The focus of this course is to examine the principles of financing and investment decisions and their impact, valuation of a company, formation and management of current assets or capital, strategies and portfolio theory.
This non-credit four-month course is intended for students who want to gain general knowledge, learn a new skill, upgrade existing skills or develop personal interests in subjects related to business management, finance and accounting.
The course is particularly suited to the general manager with responsibility for a small organisation or a department, needing a broad understanding of a range of financial planning and management techniques.
