People with anxiety disorders frequently have intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Anxiety disorder is in fact among the most common mental health problems that people face.
In this workshop, you will learn how to identify the tipping point at which anxiety becomes a disorder. You will also learn about the causes of anxiety, its symptoms and ways of alleviating it.
