Course Description
Sometimes a team member can behave in a way that is difficult for others to work with and perhaps challenging for you to manage. This behaviour may be infrequent or may be a regular pattern.
The behaviour may affect you and other team members, reducing the morale and potentially the output of the team. This course will help you to examine the potential reasons for such behaviour. It will also help you to tackle such behaviour.
Topics covered include:
Examination of reasons for the behaviour (including team context, leadership, motivation and ability
Tackling the behaviour, including when and how
Reminder of assertiveness techniques
Overcoming additional challenges in the process – such as remote working
