he learning activities range from storytelling, management games, role plays, adventure based learning, outdoor activities, art, theatre, drama, sports based learning to name a few of the activities employed.
We work with our clients to understand their learning needs and co create the training programs. We custom design every training program as per the identified training needs to suite the individual, team and organisation needs. We fully involve our customer in the entire step by step process.
Our team assists and coaches the participants to transfer the learning outcomes of the program into action plan and does regular followup to make sure the learnings are not only identified and addressed but also implemented at the workplace.
All our trainers go through and a rigorous selection and training process before joining the company. We deploy trainers based on their expertise and suitability for the training program.
The facilitation team consists of certified and experienced master facilitators from functions of Training and Development, Behavioral Training, Human Resources, Outdoor and Adventure Education. All our trainers are highly qualified and bring in years of extensive first hand industry experience.
All our support staff are certified, experienced and have undergone outdoor leadership certification in various mountaineering and rock climbing adventure courses from reputed institutes like NIM and HMI. Our Outdoor Staff are also certified in Wilderness First Aid.

Our Outbound Trainers are respectively certified in outbound facilitation and experiential education methodologes and work along the adventure staff to create safe environments for effective learning.v
Certified Equipment
All Equipment used for adventure activities are certified internationally under UIAA standards and is maintained routinely by outlife for safety worthiness. We ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed to implement strict safety measures. All equipment used by Outlife is of high quality and staff are trained to adhere to safety rules including maintain logs for equipment and doing a regular equipment safety worthiness audit.
Safety is the key to the success of any outbound and adventure training. We have taken all the measures to ensure the safety of the participants. The process to review safety measures is continuous with us.
With all land based activities participants are given safety equipment. for all water-based activity participants wear a lifejacket whenever in the water. A First Aid and Wilderness Trained Staff is always available along with fully equipped first aid kit. We take every precaution to make sure your team is safe and accident free. The associated risk of doing the adventure activities is minimised by our high safety standards.
The Program is an intensive, immersive, skills-oriented course designed to be highly interactive with roleplays and activities, which will expose the students to a blend of scholastic learning and experiential learning, preparing them to law practice and an opportunity to transform themselves.
