We believe there are a number of reasons why you should choose us for your training. For instance, we only use industry-experienced and qualified tutors and assessors and use a wide range of learning techniques to fully engage our learners.

As well as having our internal training staff- who by the way have a combined 78 years of construction industry experience – we employ numerous external Tutors and Assessors meaning, as well as our outstanding training and practical facilities in Nottingham, we can provide our training courses nationwide.

In 2019 we had an achievement rate for NVQs of 97% and a 91% overall learner satisfaction rating!

How We Started

The company was formed in October 2003 by Joel Vinsant following his long career in the diamond drilling & sawing industry. He recognized a need for both training and NVQ Assessment within the specialist sector. Working closely with the Drilling & Sawing Association (DSA) the company has developed appropriate training courses required, along with the First specialist apprenticeship scheme. Assessment of operators in achieving NVQ status, assisting the employer’s improvement of company portfolio and CSCS carded employees.

In addition to the scheduled courses we offer at our training centre in Nottingham, we are able to run courses at a venue of your choice and receive the same quality and standard of training.
