DurationThis course is highly demanding to work at the aged care and disability facilities. Our manual handling training course is designed to train the candidate who can handle the aged or physically disabled residents for their daily activities, with the help of equipment such as hoist, sling, wheelchair to minimise the risk for injury.
The course provides knowledge and skills about lifting, safely moving with equipment by using safe manual handling techniques.

This unit covers working safely at heights in resources and infrastructure industries. It includes identifying the work requirements, work procedures and instructions for the task; accessing and installing equipment; performing work at heights; and cleaning up the work area.
The aim of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills to select, use and maintain PPEC appropriately. A one to two hour duration course depending on participants training requirements.
