On a personal note back injuries are now being very closely linked with inactive lifestyles, depression and stress, post injury, which we all know is absolutely no good for anyone. To learn about positive ways to reduce the chances of injury you may want to attend one of our Manual Handling Training courses held either at our training centres or we can deliver training at your company.

The main aim of this course is to reduce the risk of injury from manual handling using correct lifting techniques, but more importantly the reasons for doing things correctly.
