This Manual Handling training course is designed for all personnel who carry any objects as part of their working role. The course contains definitions, principles of accident prevention, and types of injuries that you can receive due to incorrect manual handling.
In addition to that we will be looking at, Health & Safety Law, basic anatomy and top heavy lifting. Factors which contribute to safer handling and good base movement. This Manual Handling training course can be delivered as a half or full day session dependent upon the level of prior knowledge, aims and objectives.
