Manual Handling Training Course

Manual handling applies to a range of activities including lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying. The load may be either animate, such as a person or animal, or inanimate, such as a box or trolley. Incorrect manual handling is one of the most common causes of injury at work.

This training course has been designed for those whose work involves the lifting and moving of equipment at work. This course will help employers, managers, safety representatives, and employees to control and reduce the risk of injury from manual handling. 

Your employees will receive manual handling training to the highest standard in compliance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992. By the end of the course, delegates will have learned the safe manual handling procedures necessary to perform their work task safely without the risk of injury.

The Manual Handling Training Course is a mix of theory and practical assessment with full participation from course delegates.
