Manual Handling Training Course

The Manual Handling Operations Regulations (MHOR) 1992 define manual handling as:

“…any transporting or supporting of a load (including the lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying or moving thereof) by hand or bodily force.”

This Manual Handling training course is delivered in two hours which will:

• Provide manual handling training and Awareness to your staff

• Provide an understanding and reason and need for safe manual handling

• Provide your staff with the ability to assess safe manual handling and lifting.

• Enable your staff to handle and lift safety.
