Frolic Boonies is happy to announce the launch of our new Marine Wildlife Camp at Maldives for children above the age of 11 years. Primary activity at the camp is snorkeling at the exotic house reef.

Maldives Camp Itinerary:

Day 1: Flight from Bangalore to Male

• HuluMale to Island by speed boat
• Check-in at Guest House in Island
• Enjoy dinner at the hotel, comfortable overnight stay at the hotel in Island.

Day 2, 3: At Island

• After breakfast, snorkeling along the house reef at Island.
• Lunch, spend time at beach, at Island
• Evening snorkeling before sun set
• Dinner at Hotel
• Night walk along the beach to observe nocturnal beach life and star gazing

Day 3: At Island

• After breakfast, snorkeling along the house reef at Island.
• Lunch, spend time at beach, at Island
• Evening snorkeling before sun set
• Dinner at Hotel
• Night snorkeling along the reef

Day 4: At Island

• Trip to nearby sandbank / uninhabited island for snorkeling / dolphin / whale watching.

Day 5:  Island – Male – Bangalore

• Proceed to airport by speedboat, flight from Male to Bangalore

About Snorkeling:

• Snorkeling is the practice of floating on the shallow sea waters while equipped with a buoyancy jacket, diving mask, a shaped tube called a snorkel, and fins. Use of this equipment allows the snorkeler to observe underwater creatures with relatively little effort.
• Snorkeling is the easiest and safe method to observe underwater life for swimmers and non swimmers in a natural setting without the complicated equipment required for scuba diving. Knowledge of swimming is not required for snorkeling.

• Thinadhoo Island is an inhabited island in Maldives with an excellent house reef suitable for snorkeling. There are very few tourists in this island. The reef boasts of crystal clear water and it facilitates maximum exposure of marine wildlife while snorkeling.
