On this course, you’ll to apply marketing theories to your business to consider what, if anything, you need to be doing differently or better to become more profitable.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop a marketing plan for your business, review your current promotional activities, and consider new opportunities.

The course is also open to anyone with an interest in marketing who wants to develop the knowledge and skills which they can apply in any area of their life – whether marketing yourself or developing your creativity and writing skills.

On this course, you’ll focus on practical applications of marketing and be encouraged to work on developing your marketing plan, so you have a practical tool to take away and apply to help you make your business successful.

You’ll look at communications plans and brand identity, think about straplines and channels for reaching customers, and consider how everyone engaged in the business is doing ‘marketing’, including your stakeholders, existing and previous customers.

It’s delivered through practical exercises and writing techniques to boost your confidence and ignite your passion for marketing, learning in a supportive and creative environment.
