The course will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete, excluding any actual research that you might do for yourself. There is a series of lectures, and the course is structured so that you can watch each lecture, fill in the workbook, complete the task, and then move on to the next lecture.
This course is not just about conducting market research on customers. It can also be used internally, on staff, to gauge happiness levels, on suppliers, and for competitor analysis. This is why it's a strategic tool that every business owner and marketing student should know.
