Semester 1

• Specialization will start from the very first semester. You will betrained about the basicsand advanced Management skills of each department, which are – Kitchen, Food and Beverages Services, Housekeeping, and Front Office. Other departments would include HRM, Hotel Accounting and Sales and Marketing. German Level Language A1 will be the part of the course

Semester 2

• Hotel exposures and Interaction with leading Hoteliers will be conducted and students will be groomed in various management roles like Decision-making, Team Building and Making the Hotels profitable. The practical and theory sessions for the major departments will continue with advanced level studies. German Level Language A2 will be the part of the course.  

Semester 3

• A student will now be ready to undergo in-depth and comprehensive 6 Months’ Management Industrial Training programme in a 5-star hotel in India or Abroad along with paid stipend. This training is compulsory and to be done in all major operations departments. HETA Programmed follows immediately after this.

HETA - Herbarium Educational Tour Abroad

• After the completion of 3rdSemester and before the start of 4thSemester, HETA program is introduced, where students go to foreign locations like Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and others to get international exposure. In short, it is a very Extensive Tour for future growth.After completing their training of six months and HETA, a student gets fully prepared to take up best jobs in leading hotels around the world.

Semester 4

Students will be participating in live events organized by institute.There will be a Hard-Core Specialization training where students will be choosing 2 main departments. and they will be trained accordingly. By this time, the student will have a proper vision of which department to opt for. The Final Semester also is very important semester for a student.

In this semester, a student will be made to revise all the basics and advanced concepts learnt during the course for the Job Preparation. Job Interviews, Extensive Group Discussions, Presentations, Extempore, Online and Offline Interview Skills, Physical Appearance, Grooming will be trained. A student will be made to appear in various international and national 5 Star hotels Interviews for Placements.
