Master of Information Technology (Management Informatics)

Master of Information Technology (Management Informatics) program aims to produce Information Technology professionals who meet market demands and are enriched with management skills and knowledge in line with rapid developments and the latest technology as well as improvement with high value-added self-esteem.

MIT program was approved by the Certificate of Compliance Quality (CQC), Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) on 25 November 2014 while the UniSZA Level was on 27 January 2015 and the UniSZA University Board of Directors (LPU) on 24 February 2015. The program was recognized temporary accreditation from MQA on February 28, 2020 (MQA/FA 5124).

Program Learning Outcome (PLO)
Upon completion of this program, student should be able to:

• Utilize and integrate management informatics knowledge to resolve a current research and innovation issue in information management and administration;
• Evaluate and analyze management informatics -based solutions in terms of their usability, effectiveness and efficiency;
• Develop solutions based on informatics technology and use appropriate tools to analyze their performance;
• Use current research techniques to acquire, interpret and develop knowledge in the field  of management informatics; communicate and play an active role in a group;
• Prepare, publish and present technical materials, works and innovative products to all levels of the profession individually and in groups; and
• Demonstrate a character consistent with professional codes of practice and ethics.
