Students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills for a career in senior management in the international hospitality industry.
In this course, students will have the opportunity to undertake a four-month internship in their final semester, allowing them to apply their non-technical skills in an Australian work context.
The course includes business units as well as applied hospitality units, including marketing, events management, international business and stakeholder management.

The Master of International Hotel and Tourism Management program is designed for students seeking senior management roles, or wanting to own and operate their own business, within the hotel and tourism industries. Students will complete a program of core business and advanced hotel and tourism.
This course will help participants to develop an advanced level of understanding of hotel operations and the principles behind hotel asset management, service design and delivery systems, operational models and disruptive technologies.
