What to expect

  • The Master of Project Management is a postgraduate degree consisting of 144 credit points and is normally completed in 1.5 years of full-time study or the equivalent part-time study.  
  • Admission requirements include a completed recognised bachelor degree in project management or related discipline; or a completed recognised bachelor degree in any other discipline and six months full-time (or equivalent) professional project management work experience.  
  • Related disciplines include engineering, built environment, architecture, business, information technology, health management. 

Careers and outcomes

  • Upon graduating, you will have the necessary expertise to take on managerial roles in projects of your chosen field or industry. You will have acquired professional experience which will enable you to manage project goals within constraints, and contribute to strategic decision making through understanding a range of specialty areas relevant to project management. 

Professional recognition

  • This course is accredited by the Global Accreditation Centre for Project Management Education Programs (GAC) of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). 

Early exit

  • Early exit option with the Graduate Certificate of Project Management (PM15) degree on completion of the required four units.
