The Master of Science in Computer Science expands your knowledge and expertise in some of the most prominent topics of modern computing. In addition to working on original game projects with an emphasis on designing core technologies and applied algorithms, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and defend a thesis on a computer science topic of your choosing.
This program places a strong emphasis on understanding of theory, as well as the ability to implement advanced computer science topics as they relate to modern software development. Students in the MS in Computer Science program have created innovative and sophisticated 3D game software, written award-winning papers based on cutting-edge research in computer science theory, and found employment at some of the industry’s top companies.
Degree candidates have the option of enrolling in either a full-time or part-time program.
DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore, a partner of Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), opened in 2008 as DigiPen’s first international campus at the invitation of Singapore’s Economic Development Board.
Students can earn degrees in Computer Science in Real-Time Interactive Simulation, Computer Science and Game Design, Digital Art and Animation, and Game Design.
Students can also pursue Systems Engineering through a joint degree with SIT.

The Master of Computing programme is a comprehensive and challenging graduate programme with area specialisations. It encompasses latest research findings, both applied and fundamental. The programme also provides advanced and in-depth knowledge of IT to prepare the students for challenges in IT.
You will go through 9 software development modules, funded up to 90% by SkillsFuture Singapore. This will lead to 4 more modules required to obtain your Master of Science in Computing awarded by the University of Roehampton, London.Â
This is an 18-month master’s degree pathway. You will first go through 8 modules, funded up to 90% by SkillsFuture Singapore. This will lead to 2 more top-up modules required to obtain your Master in Computer Science awarded by Guglielmo Marconi University, Italy.
