Summit is a global team building firm that takes a human-centred approach in designing programs focused on unleashing a team’s full potential. Being in business since 1999 has taught us that companies and organizations require different solutions at different times.
To effectively address these needs, we’ve developed 3 distinctive service streams: Team Building, Training Workshops and Keynote Speaking. These programs can be delivered in person or virtually.
The focus of this course is on preventing and enhancing awareness about the potential for a sudden and unanticipated attack as opposed to unrealistic physical skills that require extensive training to achieve and the pre-awareness of the existence of a weapon.
At this workshop you will practice what you learn to enable you to apply the skills more readily when you return to your workplace. You are encouraged to bring examples of situations you would like to resolve.
Participants will not only learn new techniques for dealing with conflicts, but will get a chance to share their methods of dealing with them.
This course will give participants a six-step process that they can use to modify and resolve conflicts of any size
It is designed to help working professionals develop a set of core competencies to understand and effectively intervene in conflict situations.
