Mastering Risk Maturity

This training course compresses several risk management courses into one and delivers high value-for-money due to its level of detail, training collateral materials and complimentary software licenses included in this training.

Upon successful completion thereof, subject to prerequisites, participants will be eligible to register as ABMI approved auditors, a designation that allows them to verify and certify risk maturity assessments conducted using the attribute-based maturity index.

This is an intense two-day training, research and skills transfer programme where a select group of participants engages with the subject of risk management using the ABMI body of knowledge and practically learns, debates and applies core concepts in a virtual setting.

Participants are challenged to process, personalise and re-apply knowledge in a manner that allows most participants to be work-ready at an advanced level in the shortest possible timeline.

This is not the same as an introduction to risk management or risk management overview course and participants joining this class must be prepared to go through two days of intense learning supplemented by after-hours reading of core materials in order to inform the often heated, detailed and real-world application debates.

This is not only about training but a rare opportunity to get a glimpse into the attribute-based maturity index for risk maturity management as well as risk competency development. Participants will receive a copy of the ABMI Reference Library 2021 edition and receive a guided run through their organisation’s risk maturity assessment during the session.
