  • Get insights into the key concepts, principles, tools, and techniques of Managerial Economics in analyzing the business/industry/project environment.

Quantitative Techniques in Management

  • Understand basic statistical concepts; quantitative techniques for optimal utilization of the organizational resources to enhance bottom-line performance

Marketing Management

  • Get knowledge of basic aspects of business-to-business (B2B) marketing and project marketing strategies and practices.

Human Resource and Organisation Behaviour

  • Assess and manage behavior of individuals and groups at the workplace; design and implementation of organizational systems.

Business Communication

  • Get acquainted with various strategies and aspects of business and project communications.

Project Management

Advanced Operations Research

Entrepreneurship and Innovation
