It will also guide you to the direct experience of peace, a relaxed body and improved functioning as well as providing you with the know how to make the choice.
What is the course about?
While pain is always possible, suffering is definitely optional. Pain is not what you think it is. The way we experience pain and body symptoms is distorted by many different factors.
We will guide you through the steps you can take in an easy and a simple way to experience that peace is always possible.
What will we cover?

Drum meditation to relax the body and access the body’s natural rhythm of maintaining itself.
Instruction for self care and methods to support your body’s health and well-being.
Walking and movement meditation to explore postural deviations and the flow of natural body movements.
Learn about the resistance and the impact it has on the body, including ways to overcome this and work with the body’s innate healing mechanism.
