Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an interactive and content-rich course designed to increase participant knowledge of mental health and how to support other adults (18 years and older) who may be experiencing mental ill health.
By the end of this course, students will be familiar with guided meditation practices including body scan meditation
The Marriage Preparation Course is for couples who are exploring the idea of getting married and for those who are already engaged.
Upon completion of Reiki Level One students will be able to practice Reiki on themselves, others, animals, and even plants!Â
