This course comes with certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.We have classes either Virtually on Zoom or In-Person.

Who Can Take Mental Health First Aid?
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to take MHFA training. No prior training or knowledge on mental health is mandatory.
If you have a family member, friend or colleague who is experiencing a mental illness, this course will give you the hands on experience in assisting them. We encourage human resource professionals, supervisors/managers and first responders to partake in this training.

Standard First Aid with CPR/AED Training is offered by Touchback Safety Inc.
Emergency First Aid and CPR is an eight hour in-class course, or offered in a blended learning format which is up to three hours of online training plus five hours in-class with an instructor.
A youth program for ages 9 – 13, developed by the Canadian Red Cross to teach safety awareness and first aid skills to elementary school-aged children. Lessons taught by the Youth Leaders are supported by an interactive workbook.
