Do you want to get more involved with one of your local sports clubs? How about helping to coach one of your whanau? Have you always been an active sport participant, and are looking to gain a greater understanding of coaching?
Traditional workplace coaching can be effective, but often with limited success. This is because the coach, whether internal or external, only focuses on the work environment, without addressing fundamental issues unique to the individual.
