Mentoring Skills

This Mentoring Skills training provides you with the skills and knowledge to mentor other people. You will understand what mentoring is, and how it differs from coaching and other forms of people development.

You will establish and manage the mentoring relationship; learn to adopt a more ‘hands-off’ empowering style when developing others; and make informed decisions about establishing and developing mentoring in your organisation.
