Microsoft Access

Microsoft Access is becoming more and more popular with the inexperienced computer user.  This Access course will suite the beginner just as much as the intermediate user.

The course starts with the concept of relational databases, it is a common known fact that users of Access either miss-understand or just don’t know how to create a database properly using a relational database structure. 

This concept is very simple and once it has been explained it can be incorporated into a good database structure. This level 1 course looks at forms and reports, these are used to enter, view and even print your data out, the way that these features work are very similar, this makes the learning route easier.

Once your database is complete, you might need to search for a particular set of data, this is done using queries.  The query builder of Access is designed to be flexible, allowing the user, not just to create a query, but also to save it for later use.
