This course is designed for a person with an understanding of project management concepts and who is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans. The course will give the student a fundamental understanding of Microsoft Project 2016 necessary to create and save project plans.
Introduction to Microsoft Project 2019: Getting started Training ensures that scholars get comfortable with the Microsoft Project 2019 and Project 365 user interface, including the ribbon and project views.
Project covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to create a project plan in Microsoft Project.
You will create a project plan containing tasks, organize these tasks in a work breakdown structure containing task relationships, create and assign resources, and finalize the project to implement the project plan.
