Course Overview

Master using Microsoft Project to plan and manage your projects on this two-day introduction. This hands-on course will teach you the skills necessary to schedule, chart and summarise tasks using Microsoft Project.

You will get a good overview of the role of MS Project in project management and an understanding of how to apply the features of this powerful application in developing a project plan.

Requirements

  • A moderate English language, literacy and numeracy skill is required.

  • Participants must bring their own laptop for training days.

  • Lunch:  Catering is provided, or you are welcome to bring your own (microwave and fridge available). Tea, Coffee and biscuits available.
