Microsoft Project Masterclass training is designed to provide knowledge and skills required to create and modify basic plans in Microsoft Project.

During the course, the delegates will learn about various tasks, resources and cost involved in planning the project. Once the project has been created, they can set a baseline, track project actuals and then report the plan for effective results.

The Microsoft Project Masterclass course introduces delegates to the basic and advanced features and functions of MS Project and also covers the essential knowledge and skills required by a project manager to create a project plan during the planning phase of a project.

In the course, the delegates will learn how to manage the project and ensure it is completed on time, according to the scope and within budget, and.
