This course covers the critical knowledge and skills a project manager needs to create a project plan with Project during the planning phase of a project. In other words, if your supervisor assigns you to lead a project
Our Microsoft Project live-online courses are available for organisations to book as in-house courses for staff. The training is split into three bite size training sessions below and we can deliver up to three courses per day, with a maximum of 12 delegates per course.
This one day intensive Instructor-led course provides practical training on how to plan and schedule projects using Microsoft Project. On completion of the course delegates will have acquired the skills needed to create a new project.
This is a two day course introducing you to the theory of implementing project planning and time management with a computer system. The course will work through and discuss basic objectives of Microsoft Office Project and advances you through aspects such as tracking and reporting on a project.
