This 6-day comprehensive millennium leadership accelerated development programme is split into two 3-day workshops. Each workshop provides millennium leaders, whether working in a small start-up operation or as part of an established business, with a comprehensive look at the skills and abilities required to become effective in their role and increase the performance, productivity and profits of the organisation.

This course will focus on practical, straight-forward, commercially viable solutions on how to manage an effective training and development function that bring about meaningful change with tools and ideas that can be easily applied within the workplace.

This workshop is learner centric with each training session offering a range of activities designed to engage and involve delegates in the learning process.

Following adult learning theory, each module allows participants to explore, analyze and assess the issues and explore and evaluate possible solutions.
