Is this the right course for me?
No previous experience is needed. Like any new skill, developing a more Mindful You takes time and practice.
As an experienced Clinical Psychologist and fully qualified Mindfulness teacher, I’ll offer you all the tools and support you need to start, and to nurture your own mindfulness practice.
How much you use these tools will determine how much of a change can be possible in your own life.
Approach the course with an open heart, and mind, and a willingness to see the world, and yourself in a different way. Staying curious about the possibilities this brings.
To gain most benefit from the course, it is recommended that you invest between 20 and 45 minutes a day of personal practice.
Don’t worry, we’ll gradually build up the practice period as your own mindfulness grows.
Also, you’ll be invited to bring mindfulness into your everyday life, and see what happens – do you notice anything different?
