Course Details

Mindfulness training focuses on bringing the attention fully to the body, feeling states and thought patterns. We discover patterns of holding tension, and learn to let go and settle deeply into our innate strength and peacefulness.

By practicing self-regulatory skills in class and at home with recordings, we integrate the wisdom of the mind/body connection into our everyday lives.

Learn skills to help you cope more effectively with stress, pain, illness and the challenges inherent in everyday living. We will practice, mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, chi gong, and body scanning in a supportive group setting. 30–45 minutes daily home practice is strongly encouraged during the course to deepen your experience and integrate mindfulness into everyday life.
