Course Details

Based on the MBSR program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Klinic’s 8 week course is intended to help participants learn to live more fully in the present.

Classes focus on teaching and practicing mindful activities, guided mindfulness meditation, gentle stretching/mindful yoga poses, mindful walking and group discussion on participants’ practice experiences.
